The product is both a fun activity to do with family and friends and a great way to deliver a message of thanks, a Happy Birthday, a work anniversary celebration, just a surprise for the sake of it and everything in between.

The Missed Flight Story: Lucy has found herself caught up in a story of lies and corruption, and she is not going to be able to deliver your message. She’s stashed the message in our vault and managed to put 7 puzzles together from her trip. She was scared the message was going to get intercepted, but luckily, she’s been able to hide the passcode in the puzzles and get them sent instead!

How does it work?

• You personalize - Write, record, or snap your secret message - remember, the recipient won’t be able to see this until they crack the code.
• We send - We stash your message in our online vault, we pack up your Puzzle Post and we pop it in the actual post.
• They solve - Once it lands on the recipient’s doorstep, they have to complete the puzzles inside, log in to our vault and reveal your secret message.
