Plant Care Instructions

• Watering: Water plants deeply and only when the soil is completely dry. If soil is still damp 1-2" from the surface, hold off on watering. Use room temp water (cold water shocks plants) and avoid splashing leaves/crown to prevent rot
• Soil: Use gritty, well-draining soil to promote root growth and minimize rot. We recommend using a soil formulated for cactuses and succulents, if possible. You can also add perlite, pumice, sand, or grit to loosen up regular potting soil and improve drainage
• Containers: You can transplant our succulents and cactuses into any container you wish. We recommend one with drainage holes for healthy + happy plants
• Positioning & light: Succulents and cactuses are best grown outdoors in partial sun or indoors with bright light (like near a sunny window). Full sun can be too intense for smaller, less established plants, especially during the summertime
• Pests: Most succulent and cactus pests (like mealybugs, aphids, scale, spider mites, etc.) can be treated by spraying by spraying the succulent with isopropyl alcohol, neem oil or an insecticidal soap. It may take a few applications, but you'll be rid of them soon enough! Be thorough in applying and don't forget to Be sure to get in between the leaves and near the stem, as bugs can easily hide in crevices
